Refund policy

ASWP will accept most new and unopened items for return within 90 days of purchase for a full refund with proof of purchase. If no receipt or record of purchase can be found, we may be able to provide in-store credit based on manager’s discretion. In the case of a faulty item, we will do our best to repair, replace or offer a refund for the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as birdseed or native plants), custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We are not able to accept returns on original artwork. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and cannot offer refunds for donations or memberships.
